The Munro Group was established in 1959 when founder and current Executive Chairman opened his first pharmacy in Glasgow. In 1975 the Group opened a dedicated pharmaceutical wholesale business and the Group continued to grow, reaching an eventual turnover of £175m and employing over 600, following a series of acquisitions during 2006 and 2007.
