Phoenix Healthcare Acquires Munro Wholesale Medical Supplies

Following the recent sale of its retail pharmacies to Admenta (owners of Lloyds Pharmacy), the directors of the Munro Group have announced the sale of Munro Wholesale to Phoenix Healthcare with effect from 1st April 2008.

The Directors can confirm that with effect from 1st March 2008, the entire share capital in each of the limited companies within its Retail Pharmacy Division has been sold to Admenta Holdings Limited, the immediate holding company of Lloyds Pharmacy. All of the companies involved will continue to trade under their existing names until further notice.
