The Directors can confirm that with effect from 1^st March 2008, the entire share capital in each of the limited companies within its Retail Pharmacy Division has been sold to Admenta Holdings Limited, the immediate holding company of Lloyds Pharmacy. All of the companies involved will continue to trade under their existing names until further notice.

Furthermore, it should also be noted that the ownership of the Group&#x92s wholesale business has not changed, and that the Directors expect the Wholesale Division to achieve record sales of around £150m for the current financial year.
